Real Faith Reaches

Jesus called his disciples to a radical standard: love their enemies and pray for those who persecute them, just as God indiscriminately blesses both the righteous and the unrighteous. This love is not based on reciprocity or personal gain, but on seeing the humanity and dignity in all people—even enemies—as potential members of God's kingdom. By praying for enemies and treating them as family, believers become true children of their Father and reflect his perfect, indiscriminate love to a watching world.
